Water treatment in Mustang

I felt this topic was appropriate for the Water Cooler section of these forums.

Short intro: Mustang water sucks and continuously ruins my fixtures and clogs up my lines. I have been told we get our water from a well under the airport and not from OKC like other communities but not 100% on that fact.

Question: I have been looking at the Halo 5 conditioning system. Anyone know about these and what are your thoughts?

I can't find too much online other than people that say it is the greatest thing ever and others who say it doesn't work. Anyone have experience with this system or info you can share?

Don't know anything about it. I have looked at the Scale Blaster but just can't seem to pull the trigger. We have Piedmont rural water which is supposed to be a mix oh OKC water and well water and it is hard.
