I'm sure... he's been using that walker since the first day in court, never used on in his life prior to these charges coming out, from what I know. Just like ol' Bill Cosby, never heard a thing about any health problems prior to his legal troubles.
After the verdict, he said to his lawyers, "I'm innocent, how could this happen in America?" I may be in the minority but I don't think he is an angel. Like tRidiot says, he never used the walker before the trial. That usage was to elicit sympathy-whether it worked or not we'll never know because he is up for a couple of decades.
He's rich and powerful. I'd be surprised if he doesn't get probation.
