You could have the water blessed by a priest and a rabbi and it would chase out any demons as well as be kosher to drink if the possessed happens to be Jewish and ingests some of it.

You'd have to pay extra for twice-blessed water. Kinda like Fiji water...but for killing the possibly Hasidic demonic undead face-eaters.

Are those demonically possessed truly undead?

Well, maybe not "undead" as in the definition of an animated corpse, but certainly not in control of their reasoning and self preservation instincts, much the same as a "zombie" that apparently only has one identifiable goal. Hatian lore attributes a type of "possession" in the creation of people into zombies, making the victim highly suceptible to the creator's bidding.

It's worse than horrible because a zombie has no will of his own. You see them sometimes walking around blindly with dead eyes, following orders, not knowing what they do, not caring.
