It's a 7.62X39mm AR. The mag well and mag release gives it away.

Kinda like, Think I saw it on Atlantic firearms 4-6+ years ago, Don't recall country of origin or the name of though..
Since we're on the topic of hands and feet.. I was at Atwood's and the pretty young thing that rang me up said to another gal that her boyfriend cut off his finger..
