Anyone else smoking today? I've got about 10 lbs of Pork Butt, 5 lbs of breakfast sausage, 12 Earl Campbell hot links, 2 lbs of fancy Bologna (forget the brand), and a box of Johnsonville Brats cooking. All but pork will be done about 7. I'll pull the pork off at midnight and let it finish in the oven. That ought to cover lunch for me and my office buddies all week!
