Anyone else smoking today? I've got about 10 lbs of Pork Butt, 5 lbs of breakfast sausage, 12 Earl Campbell hot links, 2 lbs of fancy Bologna (forget the brand), and a box of Johnsonville Brats cooking. All but pork will be done about 7. I'll pull the pork off at midnight and let it finish in the oven. That ought to cover lunch for me and my office buddies all week!

Thought I'd throw caution to the wind and see what would happen with a corned beef.

Came out OK. Smokey and tender to the point of falling apart. Too salty though. In the future will stick to doing CB in the crock pot.

Ah well you know what they say, no balls no glory. Then again even with balls sometimes there just ain't no glory either.
