Superbowl or Not, What Are You Cooking Today

No stupid bowl for us. Wife, kids, and the rest that came to the house were in agreement.
Ribeye Steaks Sous vide' prepared with salt crusted baked taters, and a nice garden salad with a reduced balsamic vinaigrette for dressing.

We watched re-runs of Castle and Rizzoli & Isles (2 hrs of each).

Sounds like a lotta good food was consumed in any case.

Good game. Not a knee was taken and they honored a whole group of MOH recipients. The last surviving MOH recipient from Iwo Jima did the coin toss.

My Patriots lost and I ate too much. That bean dip from the other thread was the bomb. I added a layer of ground beef. Back to the grind today...

One of the pork chops I did. It was actually better than it looks. The milk marinade made it nice and juicy and the gravy was pretty darned good!
