The ONLY correct course of action is to don a fake moustache and some aviators and before the officer can say anything roll down the window and say in a very serious tone "good evening officer, do you know why you pulled me over?"
Not proud of it like I used to be but I'm pretty sure I got away with laughter and a warning for what certainly would have been a DUI. This was several years ago, I'm much less stupid now.
