Goverment douche bags! Seriously? freaking idiots.... Sorry, but this kind of stuidity with gun laws, rules, policies is what makes it ONLY hurt the good honest people of society who do the right thing!

What if the gun he had found would have been ditched after a murder and him turning it into authorities would have helped apprehend the murderer? I can tell you from experience I have an aunt that was murdered in a small town in Kansas in 2008. And if the police had not had the knife that was used in the murder laying in the living room they would not even have any suspects in the case. (by the way here murder is still unsolved and has been featured on Kansas cold case files, but without the knife and fingerprints left on it they would have NOTHING!)
