Being able to have more than we need is part of the pursuit of happiness.

But..........I DO need 30 round magazines in case I have to fend off multiple attackers.
Ask them if they think the police need 30 rounds.........if they say yes.........tell them you need to fight off the same bad guys the police are fighting. Hell, the police may even be on their way to my house with their 30 rounds to fight multiple bad guys in MY house.

I don't need house or car insurance right now but if an accident or whatever occurs its imperative I have it. My 30 round mag is my insurance.

I have come to the realization that it doesn't matter what others think about me having a 30 round mag. I hear it everyday at work from this left winged Obama fanatic. He constantly asks me why I need an assault rifle. And I have to just ignore him because no matter what I say he has some stupid comeback to say. And this is the problem with people that don't have a clue about firearms. And the sick part is that he is a vietnam vet. But the main reason I tell him I own one is because it is my right. And that is all that matters.
