Yip it came out in 1993. I still have the toy Pontiac he drove. Still has functional side ramp to drive on one side.

I'll have to take a pic of my collection. I'm about to have take the kids to thier rooms or build/buy a bigger book shelf. I've got too many setting on top. Between Arnold, Stallone, to superhero and oldies.
