I would not know where to start. Family law to me is like holy water to a vampire. I have only had one in my entire career and I withdrew from it. Depending on what county it is in, you might try the county bar association's lawyer referral service. Some of those family lawyers take guns as fees ha ha. They really do.
Appreciate it, just getting pointed in the right direction is a good start. I am hoping we don't need it and that it doesn't go that far, but threats have been made by the other party.
