Lately, I think by the pound, that stuff cost more than fillet mignon!

My Mom made it once in a while with a white flour / milk gravy, and we ate it on buttered toast!

Most of the other stuff I see posted is nasty!

Chicken fried steak was the only steak we had growing up. I was married and had kids before I discovered how good a rib eye steak could be.

I rarely have them anymore but grilled medium rare over charcoal they are hard to beat.

Last year Dukes was printing on their label "still 32 ounce", but they caved and went to a 30oz!

Seems mayonnaise and miricle whip is way overpriced for what it is now.

I see in some stores they want 7 bucks for a 30oz

Fried baloney sandwiches went into my sister’s and my lunchbox every day before walking to grade school. Kinda got burned out on baloney until getting some off a buddies smoker several years ago. That’s some good stuff!

Fried bologna
Chef boyardee ravioli (cold out of the can)
Ramen
Canned smoked oysters..those are a lot more expensive than they used to be though so not sure they count.
