In general i'm glad it will go to a grand jury, but the numbers don't lie in terms of how many officer-involved shootings go beyond that.

I hope i never have to serve on one for a case like this, wont be easy.

Watch the videos from the dash cam and chopper. Still daylight, four police within a few feet and the police chopper overhead, one tazes him and the gal shoots. No weapons, drugs, warrants, radio alerts or any reason to suspect criminal activity. Guys car broke down was the reason he was there. This will be worse than the Bates deal.

Did you listen to the 911 call? That may be why the LEO's were a bit cranked up. A parked car that was going to explode, makes you wonder what they thought may have been inside that thing.
