I Got Delayed....LOL

I get delayed almost every time and I have a pretty unusual name, I guess it was because of a ticket I got in Dallas a few years ago for punching a loud mouthed drunk in the mouth to shut him up?? It cost me about $560.00 and a lifetime of delays. It was worth the money!

My friend got a 3 day because he had a "common name". he is 29 without a blemish. looks like they would use the ID numbers and other info they obtain from us to quickly eliminate and boil it down to the correct person.

my credit report had a wrong entry. someone ran my credit and asked me why i was behind on my "ford ranger"! i never had a ranger! the bad part was, i had to write several letters to get it off!

If you get delayed you can get a PIN (Personal Identification Number).

The way the BATF agent explained it to me was that every time they do research to clear someone, they are required by law to clear the info off of their computer.

Thus the next time you get researched its the same thing all over again.

You can fill out a form that gives them permission to keep the research in their computer, and when they run your name they have the previous research right on their computer.

I think that is the pin number mentioned above

I called ATF and they sent me a package to fill out and return. I sent it in the same day I applied for my carry permit, received my carry permit two weeks ago (little over 60 days) have yet to hear from ATF...

This is what I expected. 3 day wait is probably what I will continue to do or just buy from the classifieds here. Heard from someone else he has been waiting for 6 months.

There's another guy with my EXACT SAME NAME (first, middle, and last) who grew up in Skiatook, which is like 30 miles from my hometown.

I was born 2-9-88, he was born 7-29-88.

We both have blonde hair, blue/green eyes, and white skin.

He's in prison for assaulting a minor, I start a new job as a prison guard next month.
