Well it shouldn't surprise anyone where Boner stands on the guy.

That obviously means that Boehner (and others who agree with him) view the American public as "the enemy" according to the U.S. Constitution.

Everybody is always talking about heroes. I think the word is somewhat over-used... but this guy is what a REAL hero looks like. He is putting his life, his future, his relationship with his loved ones, EVERYTHING on the line to help protect the people of this country from their greatest threat. We all owe Mr. Snowden a major debt of gratitude for protecting our freedom.

Last I heard, he's just given them to Greenwald (at the Gaurdian). The Chinese can read it in the newspaper.

Wow! Hero my ass! Study the guy, where he has been and what he has done in his life leading up to this event. Read all of the interviews...He is delusional, a nut case. Nothing more and nothing less. And beyond all of that why is this even a story? Everyone has known for a long time that the US Government and specifically the NSA has been doing this type of electronic data gathering. Our government is not the only entity snagging and attempting to analyze every electronic communication possible. Anyone who thinks there is any measure of privacy involved with anything they do on the internet or with any wireless device is stupid. So be pissed about what the NSA is doing if you like but everyone quit pretending we learned anything we did not already know from these leaks, or that Snowden is something that he is not.

Snowden is an American hero who will return to the United States accompanied by much pomp and cerimony with all his many slaves marching in chains before him. Then he'll write a book. Then he'll do a comercial for Eye Mart Express.
