Mark, check out the Mahogany Prime Steakhouse. I would reccomend them over Vast.

I took my family there to celebrate my oldest son's college graduation last year. It's a great experience. The food is snooty and good. Of course it's expensive. But, it's a special occasion restaurant and that's expected. I say go. You're going for the experience and the view and you'll make a great memory.

Wife and I went because my son won a gift certificate and still couldn't afford to go, so he gave the gift cert to us. I would recommend it as a true 5-star gourmet, but Mahogany is more my kind of place, it's a 5-star gourmet steak house.

I've been. Same as you've heard. There's better food in the city. Go for it at least once, the ambiance and all.

Both of those are only 5-star for OKC. Neither would pass for even 3-star in places like LA, Miami, DFW, NYC, etc.
