You can't even get to those floors without a special badge. The funny part is, this is only in three walls - the forth wall is the full-length exterior glass! But then it's not "normal" glass either.

The fiberglass panels were in the interior spaces. They were for the "executive storm shelters" on those floors. Tough stuff to cut and install but a single sheet was only rated for a .357 at best.
