That's understandable. It's a rare case that it would be useful, or needed...but indeed can happen.I've dealt with many experienced gun buyers and have yet to have one require a bill of sale. I'd love to see a poll of how many "experienced" buyers require a BOS when buying/selling in the classifieds. Otherwise, it's screams newb to me.
Do you guys take any measures to ensure the person isn't a felon or can legally possess a gun?
