Sad to hear. I really liked him. Was one of my favorites of that era. Layne Staley being my favorite and AIC being my favorite group of all time. Rip. Life is empty without God.

Hunger Strike will always be one of my favorite songs. He was hands down the best vocalist of the grunge era...period. Very sad to see how many from that era / genre have lost their lives to drugs, alcohol, and suicide.

I used to think he was the best vocalist until I learned what autotune was.

Was auto tune used on any of his earlier work like TOTD, Badmotorfinger, and Superunknown? I didn't think that he resorted to that until the Audioslave and later years, after his voice had been damaged and his vocal range had been lost.
