Looks like the pins are down. Even saw a pond near here that had a bunch on it. We don't get many around here.

My son hunted Kansas again this morning. They did good and said there were lots of cranes around.

We saw a lot of pins during the first half, most ever, and there's even more here now. I'm not sure how many we saw this morning, tons.

Don’t know yet. He had to go to a wedding in Hinton this afternoon but is going again tomorrow on the river.

Not an easy bird to hunt. Decoys can be expensive!
Okie might have a tip or two. The only ones I have shot was being in the right place at the right time.
