Can you do a good runny yolk with those?

I'd think having the white thicker/deeper might tend to overcook the yolk before the white gets done. :anyone:
That's why I use the dome in my pics earlier. Squirt some water around the egg and it will cook from the bottom and steam on top. Works pretty well.

I got the 17", and upgraded it with the hinged lid and stand. I love it, and will never go back to a regular BBQ grill. Also get the 20lb tank hose, it goes through the one pound tanks quick. Get the hose on Amazon for only $10, $30+ at Home Depot/ACE/Lowes.

My parent gave me a 28" Blackstone...they bought it and used it twice and decided they wanted a smaller one to put in their closed in patio...I absolutely love it....I've done smash burgers, Philly style cheese steaks, and breakfast. Once you get that bad boy seasoned, clean up is easy. My dad made me a cover for it, I plan on wrapping in a small tarp on top of that when we have really bad weather.

Assembled my griddle yesterday and these things are made for midgets I guess. Top seems really hefty though. I ordered some bed risers for it to bring it to a better working height and will see how this thing works on Saturday.
