Blackstone griddle....any suggestions?

Assembled my griddle yesterday and these things are made for midgets I guess. Top seems really hefty though. I ordered some bed risers for it to bring it to a better working height and will see how this thing works on Saturday.

At 6’ 4” I would think so. [emoji16]

I got a griddle top for my Weber gas grill. I was surprised they made them. I have yet to try it out though.

Yep, I've just done two batches of fajitas so far but will try "flat iron porkchops" this week.
DIY fajitas are deeeeeeelicious.

makes great omelets as well for breakfast. You can really spread out the egg to get it thin and put a lot of stuff in it.

I was gonna do that this morning but wasnt sure how much gas I had...so opted for the fajitas and cooked my breakfast on the ole electric griddle in the house LOL.

I need to get a 2nd tank so I dont have to worry about it.

using 20 lb tanks? They should last a long time. Cooked on our all summer and still have gas left.
