Evening folks.
Been working all day up here at the lake house.
I had to demo our walkway to our front door today. The flood destroyed it. Have new material being delivered in the morning. So I will be building the new walkway tomorrow.

Use some of the material From the demo and built a 5 foot x 9 foot x 6 inches high platform for the golf cart.

Turned out great and less materials I have to haul off.

How’s everybody doing?

Sitting around the house. Went over to my friends place and had dinner. They leave town on Sunday. Same ones who basically lost their restaurant. Keep sending me home with stuff. I have another mini fridge and a 12 foot step ladder along with a few other things. I am pretty sure my father can use the ladder where he is now and I am sure the mini fridge will go there too. I think they want me to take the tv they have as well but will have to wait till Sunday to find out for sure. Also ended up with the point of sale system and a couple receipt printers. Not sure what I should do with it...

Found out tonight someone else I know is moving Sunday as well.

And in about 20 minutes or so the dog will start whining that it's time to go to bed.

Seems all the extra pain and suffering my wife's mother went through was for nothing. She was put on supplemental oxygen and is very weak and short of breath. My best guess is that the aneurysm is leaking. Since she was pretty much non operable before there is nothing that can be done other than to comfort her and wait. She had already started going downhill after my wife passed so it will probably be a few weeks and then she will no longer be on the earth.

So sorry to hear that, John. We'll be praying for all of you.

Thanks... Spent some time with her today. She is not fully coherent but when she is she is refusing food and water. Her O2 is running in the 70's when she doesn't keep her supplemental on. Tonight when she was trying to drive her bed around thinking she was in her power chair I went down and let the nurse know it was a good time to give her meds to her. Since she has a peg tube that means it has to be mixed with water so she at least got a little bit that she didn't refuse.
