Better take some tick and mosquito spray they were thick when I went the other day

When I was snoopin and poopin in the woods at Ft Riley we used dog flea and tick collars around our boot tops. It kept them off of us. Don't forget to snap them to activate them.

I need to break down and get one . . . I have a redneck feeder I can hang on a t-post or tree that I've stocked with Big and J or rice bran before.

Need to get that thing out I guess.

If you do get a protein feeder, get a timer for it. Mine ate almost 75lbs/day last years. I can’t afford that to kill one deer a year.

I actually spent less splitting the expenses of my niece’s show steer and paying for processing, and I got ALOT more and better meat.

That hole in the clouds at sunset must have west of you a ways. This was looking almost right at you. Light made some strange halos on the pics.

Was anxious to see what this brute could do this year. Only 2 daylight pics in the last 3 years. Unfortunately it looks like he’s on the downhill side. He will still be one of my top deer to go after. It’s amazing he’s made it this long and hopefully I catch up to him this year.
