Anyone with any experience feeding the rice bran pellets, either out of a feeder or just on the ground? The coons sure don't seam to eat the rice bran powder very much at all.
I tried the rice bran a couple years ago. I didn’t have much success with it. You’re right though, the coons wouldn’t touch it. Might have to try the pellets

The deer here inhale that stuff, and I don't get near the coon traffic. I hadn't seen the pellets in stock before this year.

Moisture will cause the pellets to mold. If there’s pigs around you will have them in there for sure due to the smell and mold. Western Oklahoma I’ve learned the deer could care less about it. Eastern Oklahoma they love it.

Thanks, no hogs and they eat it like crazy here. Woodward county also.

Bigger deer are starting to show up, and this hog just keeps getting fatter on my corn. I’ve got to kill him if for no other reason than to see just how big he really is. And he is still the only hog I’ve caught on camera.
