Regardless I believe the fact my orgianl post has 20 likes so far shows people have an interest in seeing some type of restrictions added for new users to access the classifieds.

I totally agree. I would suggest some kind of a minimum post count before a new person can use the classified thread. 100 post, 250 post, 500 post et cetera.......Just a thought.

That post count is futile.

They can have reply posts that have just a smiley face or some short reply that states they agree etc.
they could be selling in a day or 2

The way to put a stop to that is to require a certain number of SUBSTANTIAL POSTS; actual participation. But Okuma doesn't want that, he wants an open classifieds section.

In for 2 years. Glad I can give back a little because truthfully, I've utilized the site for learning, buying and selling, and truly feel it's worth it.

In for two years. Don't post much but read every day. Learn a lot and get a lot of amusement and chuckles. Don't sell anything but look to buy something every once in a while. Cheap price for entertainment.
