As long as there are kayakers, bikers will be on my good list. I can’t express how much I dislike most kayakers I have run across. Motorcyclists also have bicyclists beat most of the time.
Well, I'm a kayaker. You a bass fisherman or you just like Spandex?

I saw two bicyclists going the wrong way up the off-ramp from the eastbound Creek to northbound 75 just a few days ago (at least, that's the direction traffic is supposed to go). I'm not sure what they were planning on doing, as bicycles aren't allowed on the turnpikes.

If they CAN get there, they CAN be there, just ask them. Again, I'm painting with a really broad brush, but most of the ones I've encountered don't give 2 shits about the rules.

I'd agree there are lots of liberal cyclists. Here, there are quite a few that aren't. I almost always had a weapon on me or the bike and certainly won't fit the liberal definition.

I got into it for fitness. There are very few things you can do to burn the calories of cycling. My Saturday rides were 60-80 miles. So, you're elevating your heart for 3-5 hours. There aren't many things you can do with the same burn without beating up your body.

And the shorts, while ridiculous looking, are a necessity for long rides - you'd grind up your stuff after multiple hours without them.

All this cycling talk makes me want to go buy a bike. But I'll look both ways at intersections..

I fish for everything, I just have a patience issue when kayakers spend an hour on the boat ramp loading/unloading/hanging out when there’s 4 boats waiting to use the ramp.

Also, bikers butts drive me nuts.
Yeah, they have the same effect on me...

Yeah, that's BS, you ought to run over them.

I typically kayak far from where motorboats are present, but on the nav channel it's unavoidable.

People are just selfish and rude.
