AR pistol brace news

I just heard a blurb on Newsmax that the ATF got their pee pee slapped and this was overturned.
Anyone else hear this? Is that correct?

There's a large amount of gray area in the ruling. The real good news is that the ruling indicates that the Court thinks it's likely that the ATF will lose, but it's not close to over yet.

Apologize if this has already been noted elsewhere.

IANAL, but I did read something that said new members of GOA and FPC may not be covered. The writers suggested that the preliminary injunction ruling would only cover people that were members of those groups before the date the lawsuit was originally filed.
