UGh I wish I could just say and rant and carry on about what I need but legally I cannot, I'm under a gag order. All I can say is it's literally a David and Goliath situation. Just got notice of deposition in march and even though I shouldn't be feeling sick about it, but I am. I am legally entitled to have what I have and I am being bullied, today I am just feeling nervous about it. 
I'm not in any kind of legal trouble, it's nothing criminal LOL But for me it is very serious and when it's all over If I prevail there will be a HUGE Gloatfest believe me!
