There's certainly a learning curve with these things. Cook time is vastly different than "getting up to pressure" time.
Shrimp was 2# raw and frozen...2 minute cook time but took 20 minutes to get to pressure.
Eggs were qty5, 6 minute cook time...only took a few minutes to get to pressure.
I did a test batch of eggs at 5 minutes last night and they were runny. I think 6 minutes is ideal.

I love my instapot almost as much as my crockpot. I’ll try and find my recipe for instapot crispy pork carnitas.

Rice, meatloaf, mashed potatoes (not any more lol), eggs. All easy with it. My favorite is beef bone and chicken leg broth with it.

I've got some parsnips sitting on the counter, they're an interesting add-in to soups and such instead of potatoes. Also some turnips in some things. Lots of good low-carb options out there.

Do share this crispy pork carnitas recipe!

I got the combo setup with the air fryer lid...going to try my hand at some wings soon. I have no idea what to expect there but hope they're good. I'm starting out simple first.
