I do 30 Herrett, 357 Herrett, I make 375 winchester brass from 30-30, I form 8mm mauser, 6.5mm Sweedish mauser, 7.7 jap from 30-06 brass. I formed some 375 H&H magnum brass from 300 Weatherby magnum when I couldn't get it, I have formed 7.62X25 from both 223 and 38 spl. I had to turn the rim down and cut the extractor grouve using the 38 spl brass. Many years ago, I built a 22 flea. That was a 32acp necked down to 223 diameter. It was based on a Star, Model SI. Had great difficulty getting it to feed reliably. Wildcatting is fun if you do it at your own pace.. Blitzfike

I always thought the 6mm Thermos Bottle was a most interesting thing to look at. .416 Rigby cut down, necked down to 6mm. http://www.reloadersnest.com/frontpage.asp?CaliberID=292

That is one strange looking cartridge.

I just looked at the Reeds webpage. They make 10, 12 and 14 caliber bullets. I had no idea anyone made stuff that small. Or anyone wanted stuff that small. I'd love to shoot some of these things.

D&T I found your site and a pic of the 243 White Express. Wow! It looks like a monster. Can you give us some spec's? Speed? What powders does it shoot? How many grains? I saw that it is a re-chambered 243 does it require a long action?

I'm seriously considering having a .22-243 middlested built. But I've currently got other irons in the fire. A 6.5 weatherby also would be awesome to have. I currently only have a .257 stw (7stw case necked down to .257) that I shoot some but throat life is short ! Me and my dad loaded for 7stw when you still had to form cases from 8mm rem mag. But now factory ammo is available and it is still one hell of a round. A few years ago had a barrel built for a .30 stw and now the 300 rum is commonplace and much more efficient and easier on throats. But "oddball" calibers have and always will be my love. When I have to rebarrel my pet swift might go with Roy weatherby's original wildcat and build it back as a .220 weatherby rocket. .220 swift case with the "double radius shoulder". And more case capacity. Oh the possibilities are endless. Just wish my money was too.

Have a 22-243 and 6.5-06 right now; really like the 22-243 for predator ncalling, shootig a 55 gr Berger out of it @ 3840 fps range. Just got the 6.5-06 setup, shooting a 123 gr A max in it at 3000+. Killed a nice buck with it so far.
