Guns? What kind of "guns"? Ones that dispense heat? Caulk? Nails? Grease?

Semantics, people.

You, I, and everyone who reads that knows what he's talking about. The people who aren't that knowledgeable (and don't give a fat rat's anus what the "proper" term for them is) read that crap and are picking up exactly what he's saying. Call them "clips", call them "magazines", call them whatever you want - sooner or later guys like this will get their point across, and those "high capacity firearms feeding devices" will be banned. As will likely the arms they feed.

Once again language is important. Those are standard capacity clips (sic) and not high capacity clips. The argument we should be making is that lawful citizens have a right to standard capacity clips to defend themselves against criminals who are always going to have standard capacity clips, legal or not.

No legitimate need for them? Nonsense - try telling that to someone fighting to defend their life.

Successful politicians, like the DA quoted, say what people like to hear. San Francisco already bans handguns, I believe. Emotions over logic.

Yes, while many are still busy chasing the "diversion of definitions" and fishing for the elusive "red herring"

The core of the problem is right in the statement "No civilian application". There should be no difference between civilian and non-civilian application. The fact that we allow them to go around touting such jargon is amazing.

My favorite argument is, "Should RPGs be legal!?"

YES!!

Just to make the NDs far more glorious and retards far more memorable. No one will ever forget the idiot that blew himself up trying to pawn his RPG-7.
