Birthday presents and ponderings.....

Well,
Its that time of the year...again. Sunday,will be my birthday....dang, again??!!

I'm thinking back to 1981, my senior year in high school. I can hear the last statement made by my physics teacher on the last day of school.....
"Good luck, god bless and get ready, the years are going to fly by"!!

Dang , he was totally correct!!

On a good note, I learned what a few of my presents are.....my mother-inlaw let it slip. Tonight, we'll be eating at Juniors and tomorrow Cattlemans. I know my mother-inlaw got me a Ducks Unlimited Jack Daniels Single barrel bottle amd set.
The wife.....she can keep a secret.

Looking back these 47,......soon to be 48, years of my life. All I can say for now is;
Old too soon, smart too late!!!

Oh well, such is life.....

Nice pick up on the Single Barrel. I am not normally a Jack man, but that is good stuff.

Also, the BX has, or at least had, bottles that were commemorative for Tinker. Kinda a neat little collectable you may consider picking up. I had a friend get me one and it's pretty cool.
