I have been there once, and it was indeed awesome. The ribs were sold out within 12 minutes or so of opening. Wow! I had brisket and pulled pork and both were top-notch.

But my favorite was the potato salad. Served warm, smoked potatoes... yea, it's that good...

Agreed, we had it catered in on Wednesday, it was great. I have given up on trying to get in the door.

I'm looking forward to Knotty Pine reopening near downtown.

Dang good food I go about once a week. Ribs, pulled pork , brisket , all great. Really like the fatty though .
