Thawed out some yellow fin tuna tonight and made a quick salad while the cast iron skillet was getting smoking hot.
Did a 20 second sear on each side, sliced and seasoned with some salt and pepper with a little wasabi to eat with the tuna.
Absolutely love seared ahi tuna.

Cajun rotel dip tonight for dinner with chips.
Andouille sausage, jalapeño, bell pepper, and onion sautéed with a couple cloves of garlic added.
Added a can of rotel, then 1/2 lb of crawfish tails.
Definitely Cajun.View attachment 480117
Thank I’ll try this with the left over crawfish from the boil, looks delicious!

Start with the sausage, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper to sauté until soft, add the tails, and cheese and a couple cloves of garlic.
I had to add a little milk to thin the cheese as it was a little thick.
