I think the Left's plan is to make it seem that crime is out of control and the only solution is a NATIONAL police force. Wouldn't that be wonderful? Our local sheriffs, etc is all that keep it saine IMO

Exactly. The Dimocrats think letting the criminals run loose will keep the black, youth and suburban women voters. It might work on the youth and women but it is scaring off many black voters.
