I don't know about Arthur Spooner but I am familiar with the Robertson screwdriver:

Authur is a character on King of Queens. I think me had 1 to many adult beverages last night and began a conversation on my own 🤦‍♂️.....................
For some reference, in the episode, Authur is going to get rich on a new screwdriver design.

Spanners are usually on stuff you dont want stolen and are also pretty standard as a tamper resistant fastener in behavioral health settings. Never seen a clutch.

Robertsons, while a good concept, are most frequently used by filthy, godless, Canadians.
I never knew what Robertson screws were until seeing the video above. 👆👆
Having said that, Robertson screws are extensively used in the manufacture of RV’s right here in the good Ol’ USA.

All over the place on a 57 Chevy pickup too.

I had to take a pick and clean the dirt and grime out of a bunch of them so the bit would fit correctly.
I think Chevy should have used Allen head screws and it would have been nice.
I don't remember having any on my 58 Chevy pickup
