What's the difference between "beer" and water in Oklahoma?

Quite a bit if you're drinking the real stuff. BLight, MLite, and Coors light ain't beer.

I think orange juice has almost the same ABV% as non-alcoholic beer. Seriously.

My brothers and I took my dad to Old Chicago for pizza and beers for his birthday a few years ago. My youngest brother wasn't 21 yet and he was able to buy O'douls. Not sure what the law is now.

I'm not sure about the law right now, either, but about six years ago, OU had O'Douls at the dorm cafeteria on St. Patrick's Day.
("'Free' as in 'non-alcoholic beer'" doesn't have the same ring to it...)

This was before several alcohol incidents and a death at a fraternity house, though.

I forgot to make my own point: at the time in OK, you apparently didn't have to be 21 to consume it and providing it to minors was apparently okay.
