What's the difference between "beer" and water in Oklahoma?
Quite a bit if you're drinking the real stuff. BLight, MLite, and Coors light ain't beer.

I'm not sure about the law right now, either, but about six years ago, OU had O'Douls at the dorm cafeteria on St. Patrick's Day.My brothers and I took my dad to Old Chicago for pizza and beers for his birthday a few years ago. My youngest brother wasn't 21 yet and he was able to buy O'douls. Not sure what the law is now.

This was before several alcohol incidents and a death at a fraternity house, though.
