The Fahrenheit 451 movie was dreadful. Not nearly as ridiculous as Vendetta, but bad all the same.

Bradbury's book deserved much better. An updated movie with today's special effects technology could be an improvement over the original.

As far as remakes, the new Recall could NOT possibly be worse than the Awe-nuld original.

I don't hold out much hope that the new Red Dawn will surpass the original. The previews look pretty interesting, but we'll have to wait and see.

Watched it over the weekend. Good movie.
I dont think a filmmaker will remake it. But maybe a politician will.

the original was ok, book's better, of course.

the new red dawn should have stuck with china being the invading force, rather than north korea....would have been.out a couple years ago if they didn't have to rework it for fear of more expensive chinese crap.

My English teacher showed us the first movie made from Fahrenheit 451 in about 1974. The next day, all the tough guys were reading Proust. True story.

Sitting here watching V for Vendetta and i just thought if the film makers are all remaking movies lately it would be neat to see a remake of fahrenheit 451

That would truly be bueno!
