I didn't think the card would allow certain items to be purchased such as clothes, toys, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.??? Guess ciggs are Ok?

That's what I thought. But then again I was shocked to hear that Crack-cess Cards could be used at ATMs in casinos too. Go figure.

There are so many things about this world I simply do not understand.

Heard a story a while back about them being used at strip club ATMs as well

Not meaning to be picky but...if you are going to disparage a State at least get the right State name - this event took place in New Hampshire NOT New Jersey.
BTW - NH has very strong pro-gun ownership laws in general. Certainly at least as strong as Oklahoma's laws.
