There have been plenty of Fords with real leather. My T-Bird SC and my first SHO both had real leather--what trips up most people is that they only used real leather on the seating surfaces, with vinyl on the non-seating surfaces. (My Lincolns both had real leather seats, as well, but that's stretching the definition of "Ford" just a bit.)
