The QTs I saw near the Creek this evening were at $3.41, but the QT at 151st and Memorial in Bixby was at $3.37 this afternoon. I guess there’s less QT hegemony in Bixby.
The Walmart on Cedar Lane in Norman was at $3.07 ($3.02 with Walmart+ discount).
No kidding. Remembering that gas at some stations in central OK had dropped to under $1/gal back in March, 2020, puts it even starker contrast.
Crook Trip??? Do you actually blame Quick Trip, or any other retailer for high gas prices? That my friend is called being to lazy to learn the truth, and blaming who ever is handy! Try and remember Biden's first day in office, when he went on national TV, and canceled ALL OF President Trump's executive orders, and oil policies, that allowed us to be energy independent, (produce more crude oil than we use) for the first, and only time in 50/60 years, under both parties leadership! The last 3 years of the Trump administration, bench mark crude oil prices was in the low to mid $30.00 bbl range, 87 octant gasoline was below $2.00 per gal. and stable, REMEMBER! It didn't SPIKE every time some Goat Humper farted!! Bench mark crude oil was $32.00 bbl. on election day 2020, today it's $86.39 bbl! That is for 42 gallons of Crude Oil, that equals $2.05 per gallon, the refiner PAYS for raw crude, plus shipping cost, and interest on hundreds of millions of dollars, in crude oil stock!! The vast majority of this out of control inflation is caused by high oil prices! Try and name one consumer product that is not effected by high fuel prices!!! Biden's big announcement to SAVE THE WORLDS ENVIRONMENT FROM CLIMATE CHANGE, in effect just gave OPEC back CONTROL of setting, world crude oil prices!!!!!! It takes the exact same number of bbls. of crude oil to meet the world demand, no matter where it is produced, and refined. Our EPA regulations are MUCH more effective, than anywhere else on earth, so how is stopping production here, only to pick it up elsewhere HELP THE ENVIRONMENT? WHINING won't change anything, VOTING, TO OVERWHELM THE NEXT RIGGED ELECTION IN THIS COUNTRY WILL!!
I paid $3.11 at the Dollar General in Luther yesterday.
Crook trip sets the prices in Tulsa a one half to one hour drive out of Tulsa in any direction and you see much cheaper prices including at QT stations. Muskogee, Henryetta, Wagner their all cheaper.
