Does OK have the best Gas Station arrangement?

Found out all of Casey's gas has a percentage of ethanol in it according to the company

Ethanol content is posted on the pumps, usually a good sized sticker/plate near where the nozzle sits. I think I’ve seen pure gas pumps at the Casey’s in Okmulgee, but it has been quite some time since I’ve gone down the Beeline.

Coming from out of state and having never seen anything like it before I thought the idea of having plazas in the middle of the turnpikes a great and novel idea. As for the gas stations I would say Oklahoma has the upper hand over most.

When did Love’s take over the concession on the Turner Turnpike? I stopped at the eastbound plaza last weekend to learn that it is now a Love’s. I like Love’s, but they carry different stuff than the old management; they dropped the bottled sodas I liked and switched from Hiland milk products to something else (which is kind of surprising, given their proximity to the Hiland Dairy).

Just recently as in the last couple weeks hahve they been chaning out the signage. THey just finished the one on the Indian Nation TP in McAlester. Gator Signs who has the contract for all their sign renovations for Loves has been doing quite a few.

I will not say what state I’m originally from because I was told I’m not from there and I’m an Okie now. Let’s just say it rhymes with boar again. Anywho, the gas stations here are far superior. Obviously there are some holes in the wall that are crummy but that’s everywhere. First time I stepped into a QT was amazing. Most of the casino bathrooms are immaculate. I do love that most gas stations here have hot boxes with chicken!

For a long time it was a New Mexico and Texas thing. We have an Allsup’s in Guymon finally, I checked their store locations and it appears there’s one down somewhere by Lawton as well.

Darn. My BIL and I work together and his route covers the Lawton area lol. But I’ll try it one of these days for sure!

I get it. Grants Pass is where I was dropped, but moved 2 years later
