I've had a half rack of lamb several times in a restaurant. It's pretty tasty.I don't think I've ever eaten lamb. I don't know if they even sell it around here. I've never seen it in grocery stores.

I don't eat anything medium rare. Maybe medium well. If it's pink , it isn't cooked.I've had a half rack of lamb several times in a restaurant. It's pretty tasty.

Good is too broad of a statement. Some people think mountain oysters, clams, mussels, etc are good.OMG you don't know what you are missing. That **** is GOOD eating!
Halfway cooking a slab of meat is easy. Getting past the pink and still tender takes skill. You and Grumpy ... Haha!! I want my meat to mooooooooo at me when I stick with my fork.

Cooked to a medium or medium well you might as well eat cardboard. Sear it on the outside, warm and red on the inside.
There's a couple taco joints in Amarillo that make lamb fajitas - unreal how good they are.
