Haven't a clue, but suspect that if it were that simple to get their FFL reinstated it would already have happened.
The way I heard the story is that they incorporated after they got their FFL. Hence, their FFL read "Murf's Guns", while they've been doing business as "Murf's Guns, Inc." Small businesses usually incorporate to shield the principals from frivolous lawsuits, so I doubt they would want to drop the "Inc." from their title, especially as I've heard that it is a particularly nasty and very doctrinaire ATF agent that is causing this stink.
Does anyone know if Ken & Craig are back to selling firearms?
