Knowing an enemy is guilty is not the same as proving it beyond a reasonable doubt in a system designed to protect innocent citizens from being wrongly found guilty, .
An enemy has only one right, to be killed. The court systems were made for citizens.
I am glad he is dead because if he was put on trial, he would have been found innocent, he would have sued the government and gotten big bucks and his own early morning TV show.
