That reminds me of the time I was in st thomas with my x-wife (wife at the time). We went into this store that had all kinds of hot sauce ect anyways she was picking out some salsa and hot sauce and I noticed a sign "worlds hottest salsa free sample's" they had chips out and everything. She loved salsa so I go over turn the sign over and point it out to her hey look they have free samples. Needless to say it was a bad idea and ruined the rest of my day.

This is the hottest I've had. The ingredients included ghost chilies, capsicum, and some other hot shizz. Dipping just the tip of a standard wooden toothpick in it and putting it in your mouth was more than enough, we tried it last year and our mouths burned for at least half an hour, while literally 10-15 minutes of that time period our mouths were numb, even the roof.
I'd almost bet most of these World's Hottest Sauces are the same formula with different labels, so if you've tried one I'm sure you've tried them all.
I had another hot one at the sports bar inside Firelake Casino in Shawnee:

The waitress put on a latex glove to serve it to me. It was probably the second hottest sauce I've ever tried, but even still it offered up only half the burn that sauce in Vegas does.
