I love the memories! My 2000 F250 gets between 18 and 20 on the highway and about 16 city. Add 10,000 pounds and it drops to 12/13.

10 y/o luxury car, many more options. Would a F250 King Ranch Qualify? Want speed? Many options from Lincoln, Cadillac Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Acura and the list can go on.

I like reliability I would have to research it and if one had a V6 front wheel drive then that would be out.
I hate a V6.
I would probably take the econo box and jack it up a bit.
Need ground clearance ya know and a camo paint job.

Care less if it looks nice and if it had that 1 speed transmission (CVT) then that would be a deal breaker.

Makes the wife crazy as there are so many cars she likes but V6 and or CVT.
Now a Hyundai I have read here some have great luck with 450,000+ miles from them in a V6.
My straight 6 and 4 cylinders all go over 300,000 easy.

Concur on the sideways V6's. A pain to work on. Prefer the straight 6's.

Back when I was young and working in a gas station we had older gentleman who drove a, I think a 62 GMC 4 wheel drive with a V6. That was the first V6 I ever saw. It was not put in sideways. I was not a looker, but it would pull. He drove that thing for years and years.
