How come permabanned members are showing as having logged into their accounts?

I have noticed a few permabanned members have been shown to have logged onto OSA! Is someone playing a game? Maybe sending messages as if they were still on board? Just curious. I was checking JEVapa and Panhandleglockers accounts to see if they had done any trades with a particular individual.
