Are people hunting on public land such as a WMA supposed to wear hunter orange? If so what percent or is just a hat sufficient? Is it different for dove or deer season?

I believe it is required to be a minimum of 400 square inches, including a hat. Camo Blaze is acceptable, so long as there is 400 sq in of blaze. Get a copy of the regs at Sam Walton's house of bargains or look them up on the ODWC's web site.

You can look up the regs if you want but any blaze hat and vest combo are going to meet them. I recommend the orange camo because hunters can see it, deer cannot.

yes for bow season. if your bowhunting during muzzleloader or gun deer season season or elk or antelope.
you have to watch it cause theres also youth deer and holiday deer too.

Well if you just want to be tard about it...
no for bow season if outside of muzzle or gun, if you are bow hunting during muzzleloader or gun then that is muzzleloader or gun season.
And you are incorrect about elk and antelope (since you want to play trard), orange only required then when participating during those firearms season.

People should read the regs before they do anything instead of asking a public forum. The wildlife dept made it real easy this year with a search function on the new digital regs. All you have to do is typee in "orange".
